Rhynchostylis gigantea spot

$45.00

Rhynchostylis gigantea spot is a wonderful addition to a warm greenhouse or even under lights. Rhynchostylis gigantea usually flowers in December through February with a beautiful spray or multiple spays of flowers. The scent is strong and rather spicy. We water ours daily but allow the roots and media to dry out. The roots tend to be brittle so soaking in water may help before repotting. The plants are currently anchored in small plastic baskets.

The plants offered in late 2020 are large, blooming size plants, Many have emerging flower spikes in November 2020. Beware there will be minor imperfections in the leaves but the plants are some of the nicest we have ever seen!
