Ionopsis utricularioides is a favorite orchid at our nursery. Ionopsis utricularioides is found in the southern counties of Florida, in Mexico and West Indies and Central America. They normally blooms during the spring and summer with sprays of numerous 1/2 to 3/4 inch flowers. The plants are current mounted on plastic mesh and are blooming size.

Grow: in hanging plastic pots or wooden baskets. If potted, make sure orchid bark media drains well. Also grow well mounted on driftwood or cork bark.
