In 2012 we kept one plant of the tropical waterlily N. ‘Rachel Presnell’ for display in our front pond. This amazing plant attracted much attention from our customers throughout the 2012 season. Nymphaea ‘Rachel Presnell’ was hybridized by Craig Presnell in 2005. This annual day-blooming waterlily features reddish pads, with brown streaks. The pads this season exceeded 12 inches in diameter. The flower is white, with yellow petaloids and exceeded 9 inches in diameter.
