Sarracenia x Excellens

Sarracenia x Excellens is a natural hybrid between Sarracenia leucophylla and Sarracenia minor. Pitchers can grow to 15 inches tall and feature beautiful spots on the hood.

Due to their size, these pitcher plants must be unpotted and shipped bareroot. Once received, repot them in at least a 4 inch pot filled with a standard peat, perlite and sand mix.

NOTE: During October through March the plants will be dormant. We will remove pitchers which are old and no longer useful.
